We processed a refund for a Shopify order on Aug 8. Based on the timeline, the customer was refunded on Aug 9. It’s been 3 business days since then and the Acquirer Reference Number is still unavailable. I figured out later that ARNs are not available for Discover accounts.
How can I reach out to support to get a Refund Transaction ID for this order? Thanks in advance.
