Active recurring charge does not get charged to merchant after trial period

Hello,

I have an app published on the store with a basic paid recurring plan with 30-day free trial.

Some merchants have installed the app and started the trial period more than 30 days ago now, but the earnings of the app are still at 0$.

Why could it be that the subscription plan with an active recurring charge doesn’t get charged after the end of the free trial period?

They will be charged at the end of the 30 days paid period - basically they will be charged after 60 days (30 days trial plus 30 days paid period).
