activecampaign trial

Has anyone extended their ActiveCampaign trial beyond 14 days while integrating with Shopify? I’m testing automation workflows and need more time—any tips?

I had the same issue! I reached out to ActiveCampaign support, and they extended my trial—worth giving it a shot!

Hi @yousuf11

I think you can use a difference mail – Some merchants create a new trial account with a different email to continue testing, but this may require reconfiguring some settings. And, occasionally ActiveCampaign offers extended trials through partners or special promotions.

Hello @yousuf11
Yes, you can extend your trial for ActiveCampaign, especially if you are experimenting with integrations like Shopify. Some do’s include:

Reach Out to ActiveCampaign Support – Call or message their support team and let them know you need an extension to test Shopify automation workflows. They usually grant trial extensions by request.

Call a Sales Representative You can call a sales representative, if you are on a paid plan, and request them to extend you.

Use a New Email for Another Test – Or, as a final resort, use another trial account with a new email address and go ahead and test.

Thanks

One of the worst experiences I’ve had was working with ActiveCampaign - slow, unfriendly, and they completely ghosted our requests. I’d recommend exploring a different solution like Klaviyo instead.

It is possible to make ActiveCampaign trial last longer by reaching out to their Customer Experience team before time expires [email removed] with a clear explanation about your Shopify integration requirements (e. g., testing automation workflows such as abandoned cart emails).

There is no assurance for success, but it could be beneficial to demonstrate determination. If turned down, think about getting another trial profile or subscribing to their $29 per month program.
Tips: Pay attention to key automations (abandoned carts), sync historical Shopify orders and try segmenting contacts. Some users have managed to prolong trials specifically in relation to integrations.
