Add a paragraph to checkout page

Hi everyone,

I need to add a paragraph about customs duties and taxes to checkout page because I want my customers to be aware of this matter. In theme customization there’s no option to edit the content of checkout page or any settings to achieve what I want. I’m using basic Shopify plan, need help with your experience. Please share any way you know whether it requires coding or not, I can work with code.

You cannot add any thing on the checkout unless you have a shopify plus plan. Do let me know
