Add arrows to product images (Taste Theme)

Hello,

I would like to add arrows to product images, for ease of scrolling between images. I am using Taste theme and would prefer to avoid using a carousel app. Hoping there is a simple solution to add arrows on the product image.

Thanks!

Hi @KetanKumar , thank you for the reply! This site is not live yet, because the store has not launched. Would a screenshot be helpful?

If you want to change it at the desktop, you can follow the instructions I sent, it will work fine.

Hi @Litos , I see that these instructions are for Dawn theme. My theme is Taste. Will it still work?

This did work for Taste theme! Thank you @Litos for the clear and helpful instructions. The arrows are functional on desktop and mobile.

Hi @Litos , issues arose. I did not realize this at first, but several products are doubled up on the product page, with a wall of code below. Attaching link to a screen recording of this. Any insight on what may have caused this? I followed your video instructions step by step. Thanks in advance. https://drive.google.com/file/d/18OhU19sbUVsIxssGK_HlC71naBxABufC/view?usp=sharing

Hi @trilliember3 ,

Please send me the code of main-product.liquid file, I will check it.

@Litos , I went back through your instructions and realized my mistake. Instead of replacing the main-product.liquid, I added your code to the original. That was what caused the issue. Poor reading comprehension on my part! Replacing the code fixed it. Thank you so much for the solution.
