Add button to my header, collection page and other pages

Hi Shopify experts, I would like to add the buttons like this:

My request is

  1. Add a button like Pic 1 to my header

  2. Add a button like Pic 2 to my home page(show products part) and my collection page

  3. Add a button above the footer on every pages(like pic 3)

  4. Change some default button settings on the banner to bright(pic4 to pic 5)

Sorry for multiple requests, hope some expert can help!

i have check this sorry it not possible to simple CSS and HTML code it can be done with more customization
