Is there an app or other way to add a discount to products or collections and other ways so the discount price will be the price of the products and the normall price will be the compare at price.
I want to have it clearly at the product page like in the image below. But here I have done it manually.

You can do this manually (one product at a time) – Set ‘compared at’ price to whatever the original price was, and then set the ‘price’ to what you want the sale price to be: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/discounts/sales
Or else you can use a ‘bulk sales’ app (https://apps.shopify.com/search?q=bulk%20sales) like this this one (https://apps.shopify.com/instant-bulk-discount-sales) to automate the process easily.
