Add social media links on footer Supply Theme

Hi, I am trying to add link to instagram and facebook on the footer of my page using the Supply Theme.

I configured the links on theme settings and they don´t appear. So I am trying to edit the footer.liquid file to show them. I deleted the part that says {% if section.settings.social_enabled %} and they appear, but the href adds automatically my website before, so the links don´t work.
I am adding a capture of how the href looks like.

Can you please help me?
