Add to Cart button on product page is not working

Hi,

I own https://preciousgemsco.com

The add-to-cart button on the product detail page keeps hanging when i click on it. e.g. here https://preciousgemsco.com/collections/handmade-jewellery/products/anillo-abrazo-ajustable-en-plata

Could someone please help me troubleshoot why this is happening and what the fix would be?

Hello there @emc-pgc have you tried all the following?

  • Clearing all the cache on your browser

  • Using an incognito browser

  • Trying another browser like Safari instead of Chrome

  • Login to the Shopify mobile app and see if it works there

If any of these work, let me know!
