Adding checkout notes to the Studio theme

Hello,

I am trying to add the notes section to the checkout on the free theme - Studio, I’ve googled instructions, it told me to go to my theme, click cart and enable notes, however, I have searched everywhere and can’t find an area that states to ‘enable notes’.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Activate order notes in your theme settings
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.

  1. Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.

  2. Click Theme settings.

  3. Click Cart.

  4. Look for Enable order notes or Enable cart notes. If you can’t find

  5. either of these options, then check your Cart page.

  6. Check Enable order notes or Enable cart notes.

  7. Click Save.

Turn on order notes on your cart page

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.

  2. Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.

  3. Open the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

  4. Select Cart.

  5. Click the Cart or Cart settings section. Not all themes have a customizable section on this page.

  6. Look for Enable order notes or Enable cart notes.

  7. Check Enable order notes or Enable cart notes.

  8. Click Save.

Please follow the below instructions to enable cart note:

  • From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes > Customise

  • From the page selecting menu, choose the Cart page

  • Click on Theme Settings and navigate to CART to enable cart note

  • Hit Save.
