Adding Custom Options Buttons on product page

Hi, I would like to add some custom option buttons on our shopify products, just like the following:

Here the customer can add the charm (the product from the product page) or add the necklace or the bracelet. Is it possible to do without an APP?

I’ve seen lot of APPS for product bundles but we want to make it simple, no images, only buttons.

The reference you shared is using a simple variant.
But yes they customize them in a way that it looks like this.
No need for any app for it.
