Adding 'enter using password' modal

I want to add a small line of text underneath my Klaviyo form saying ‘enter using password’ which opens up the password modal. Is anyone able to help with this? roem.co.nz/password

Grab the html of text ‘enter using password’ from password template and use it under the Klaviyo form where you need it.
