Adding related collection products to minimal theme product page

I would like to add a ‘more from this collection’ section at the bottom of my product pages. I use the minimal theme and already have the dynamic product recommendations active. I have several children’s products with the same print and so want to show the customer the full range in a particular print when they have landed on just one of these product pages. Im thinking to have a ‘more from this collection’ section could help boost sales for customers to buy matching items in the collection. Ideally don’t want another app. Any ideas please? Thanks
