Adding Second Header Menu

Hi there, I am looking to add a second menu, below the announcements bar, but above the logo in the header.

I would like it to closely mirror the website menu, right aligned black with white lettering, but I am not sure how to best go about this?

I have already added the desired menu as site-menu. I am using Spotlight.
