i got a question, can i add clickable social media icons and telephone on my announcement bar like the websites below? (only coding without apps)

It can be done via custom coding, adding “a” elements to announcement-bar.liquid.

Highly recommend you hire a Shopify developer or web developer to best suit your needs.
