Here are the Solutions!
Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
theme.liquid->paste the below code at the bottom of the file under the tag.

Hi,
Go to you theme & edit its code.
Search file collection.liquid & then try to find section in it
Go to that section file(most probably name will include grid word) & then search for this word “grid-product__price”
After that underneath that you can add your text
