Hi, I am trying to do some editing to my company’s product page and we have several thumbnails to the left our main image, which can then be clicked on and become the main larger image. We are using the “Dawn” theme.
I have seen how I can replace those photos, but when I followed instructions on this site, one of the thumbnails was replaced and another was deleted entirely.
I am unable to add/edit these thumbnails through the “customize store” section under Themes and can’t seem to figure out how to change these setting through editing code. (Although I have almost no background in this).
How can I add and edit my thumbnails easier?

You can followed this steps:

Customize Store Section: Firstly, you need to go to your Shopify dashboard. Then, navigate to the “Themes” section and select “Customize”. Here, you’ll see a preview of your product page.

Thumbnail Settings: If you’re using the Dawn theme, you should find the option to edit product page thumbnails. Typically, the option to edit thumbnails is located in either the “Sections” or “Theme Settings”.

Thumbnail Replacement: To replace a thumbnail, click on the thumbnail image. Then, you should see an option like “Change Image”. Click on it to upload a new image.

Thumbnail Addition: If you want to add another thumbnail, you’ll likely find options like “Add Section” or “Add Content”. Use these options to add another thumbnail section. Then, upload an image and set it as the thumbnail.

Save Changes: Once you’ve made all the necessary changes, don’t forget to click the “Save” button. This will ensure your changes go live.

Hi, it does not appear to be that simple. Here’s what I see when I try to add another thumbnail.
The add block button does not allow for images or thumbnails to be uploaded. Instead it only allows for text to be inserted into the page. Also for the editing of thumbnails, do you mean the sections within the edit code section? ie thumbnails.liquid?
