Admin API Order Line Item Fulfillment and Cancellation

Hello,

I’m new using Shopify APIs and having some problems with our integrations.

Question is there an API endpoint that offers Fulfillment cancellation and fulfillment creation of line items in an order?
I.e: In one order I have multiple line items I would like to cancel the fulfillment of a specific line item or create fulfillment of a specific line item.
