After reviewing your submitted domain it doesn't comply with our Commerce Eligibility

I got approved to my Facebook Shopping. However IG has been rejecting me. “After reviewing your submitted domain, we found that it doesn’t comply with our Commerce Eligibility Requirements. If you think there’s been a mistake, you can request another review.”

All products are mine. Perhaps a domain issue..but wouldn’t it specify “domain issue”?

Your store is not complete. There are a lot of missing sections in your store. First, complete the setting up of your store and then start paid ads.

I would like to give you some suggestions regarding your question here.

  1. Add favicon to your store which is a small square image/logo that appears next to a web address. Favicon helps to strengthen your brand and add a polished look to your website. See shopify help here.
  2. Adding product reviews help build trust and loyalty, and most of consumers will look for feedback before making a purchase decision.
  3. Display store’s contact info like phone number, email address, and office address in the Contact Us page.
  4. Testimonials are a good way to increase the trust and will influence the purchasing decision. Also, provide the customers’ full name, and profile photo of them to add authenticity and credibility.
  5. Add links to social media in the footer for the store to increase the traffic
  6. Optimize your footer with a more professional and functional look. Add pages like Contact Us, About Us, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, etc to the footer.
  7. A FAQ would be useful to provide quick information to help customers make a purchasing decision and also to reduce the time your employees need to answer simple questions.
  8. Try to maintain the same image size while listing all products.
  9. Add About Us page which is a reflection of the purpose and personality of the business.
  10. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title/url unique and more specific.

  1. Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
  2. Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.
  3. Add a banner or slideshow below the header section which helps the right visitors dive deeper into your website while also weeding out the people who won’t find value in what you offer.
  4. Replace all theme placeholders in Home page and product pages with the correct content.
  5. Add data policies (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Refund Policy) to your store which helps set expectations with your website visitors. They’ll know the types of data you’re collecting, why you’re collecting, protects the seller from bad customers and ensures that buyers know exactly what to expect when they order a product.

Hello @mezorn26 ,the main reason why Instagram is rejecting your submitted domain is because your Facebook Page or Instagram professional account doesn’t represent the store or website associated with the domain provided.which is against the Meta commerce eligibility requirements.

To resolve this,

1.make sure the domain is linked with website.

2.finish the design of the website

3.Ask for review again and you’ll be able to get it.

I hope this helps

Regards
