Hi guys,
We recently had a freelancer design a website for us, he added the agree to terms and conditions checkbox but we have since discovered that this can be bypassed simply by pressing the checkout button. We have looked at the various tutorials and workarounds for this on the Shopify community site but none of the solutions work for us.
I believe we are using the Colors theme
