AI platform or app reccs

What AI platforms or apps do you recommend for your business? It could be related to any part of your business. Just looking for some ideas from others.

I am clearly biased with this haha, but I would recommend Voice AI implementation, hands down.

Why Voice AI?
Its clear that people engage better with voice communication, and if there’s no latency, and realistic conversation patterns, voice AI beats chatbot based setups by a mile or more. Product recommendations, product search (“Do you have something in blue?” etc) - basically humans were coded since the start to use voice communication as a proper means of communication.

So implementing Voice AI, on any part of my business is the most obvious first step.
That’s why I built Klariqo: Klariqo: AI Voice Assistant - Klariqo: Voice AI & Live Chat Customer Support for Shopify | Shopify App Store

It does that I mentioned above, and more. Give it a try, if you like it, currently open for testers where I can get you a full month’s of usage for free.

I’ve been trying out a few AI tools lately — ChatGPT helps a ton with product descriptions and marketing ideas, Canva’s AI tools make quick visuals super easy, and Tidio’s AI chat is great for customer support.
Crazy how much time these save once you get the hang of them

Take a look at my app, autoBlogger — it uses the latest AI to fully automate your blog content.

If you have any questions or need a hand getting started, just let me know!

Really interesting perspective on Voice AI @anshklariqo

I fully agree that human interaction feels most natural when it’s verbal and fast

especially for product search and support.

In fashion and apparel stores on Shopify

we’ve been experimenting with the other side of AI

the visual side

so when a user asks

“Do you have this in a different size?”

or

“How would this look on me?”

the AI can instantly show the same product

on different body types, ages and skin tones.

We handle that with CatWalkCraft AI

while tools like Klariqo can support the conversational layer.

Combining Voice AI + Visual AI could be a powerful customer experience

for both discovery and conversion.

Nice to see more specialized AI solutions emerging

happy to chat anytime about possible synergy.

Check out CartSaver. It makes personalized videos for abandoned carts, and it can give your email conversions a solid lift. AI is used actively in the email flows and it’s a wonderful tool!

Recently I have been using Airops for content writing and I love it!!

Nano Banana is also amazing for images. Seriously so realistic

Decile for analytics! We just released Luma AI, where you can ask any question about your ecommerce data / customer base and get instant answers. Marketing teams have reported weeks of work answered in minutes using Luma.

After running a shopify retail business for 2 years. We were struggling to keep up with Product content copy (metafields, descriptions etc) and also increase keywords so decided to build an app with we launched recently. ObsessAI - Retail Agent. currently does 2 things really well -

  1. Product Enhancements
  2. Blog autopilot

All this using a patent pending store intelligent system that understands the brand, the market, competitors etc so all content generated is on point and sounds like your brand and not generic. I can share a link to it if interested.

For us, building and using AI for social media automation has been a big focus. Consistent posting is one of the hardest things for merchants, so having AI handle content creation and scheduling saves a lot of time.

It’s been interesting to see how much easier social stays when it’s not another daily task.

Curious what tools others here rely on.

With the new shopify update coming I don’t think more apps or platforms will be needed to grow our business on shopify. Hoping for the best.

One AI app that’s been a game-changer for my conversion rate is Batna. It’s basically an automated ‘Make an Offer’ button powered by AI.

What I love about it is the ‘Margin Vigilance’ feature. It doesn’t just give away the farm; it intelligently negotiates with shoppers to find a price that works for both of us. It makes the shopping experience feel way more interactive and personal, and I’ve seen a solid bump in sales from people who usually would have just bounced. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a smarter way to handle discounting!

AI platforms can really help email marketing. Apps like CartSaver use AI to personalize emails and increase their reach. This can really help improve conversion rates & retention.

Really recommend Return Signals. It’s for proactive AI CX. Basically, let’s you engage customers over SMS when they get the item and before they made a return decisions. We’re seeing this can make a big shift from returns into exchanges. The End of Reactive Support

Great app  i use it on my stores.

I’ve been leaning on AI mostly for understanding store data, not just content.
ChatGPT/Claude for quick analysis and explanations, and I actually built DashAI for Shopify (https://www.dashai.app/) to help merchants ask plain-English questions about their Shopify metrics.

Biggest win for me has been clarity…knowing what changed and why instead of just staring at charts.

Take a look at ‘ShopOS’ - It’s an AI image & video generation tool, but fine-tuned for ecommerce specific use cases. Also the output are very nice (doesn’t look AI at all)

  • Customizable human models, background scenes and poses.
  • Doesn’t require lengthy complex prompting. Pretty easy to use with chat + point&click UI.
  • Can generate studio shots, lifestyle shots and catalog & PDP Images, Videos & text too
  • Also handy for quick editings like lighting change scene change, dimensions etc
  • Currently in beta, but launching very very soon. Also launching soon in Shopify Marketplace.

For business growth, AI platforms now cover multiple needs, streamlining content creation, automating visual production, enhancing customer engagement, and providing data-driven insights. Leveraging tools like Pikes AI (https://pikes.ai/) for product visuals, Gemini ( https://gemini.google.com/) for research and strategy, and real-time support tools can save time, improve consistency, and scale operations efficiently.

There’s lot’s of generic tools like chatgpt and gemini however i’ve found https://seoideacreator.com/ to be really good at creating content ideas and even creating website content that i can tweak after.

There are a ton of great replies in this thread already. Let me go ahead and introduce you to ContentBoost - it creates great comparison content based on your catalogue! Love it
