ALL APPS & SHOP CHAT HAVE STOPPED WORKING !!

Hello could you please help me as my apps stopped showing up on my site along with my shop customer chat section everything seems to be missing in action !!! Everythng shows up in the customizing site area but will not show up on my published site !!! I have contacted shopify but cant get them on the phone let alone to look into it as they seem to just send me emails saying its the apps and not their platform ( it can’t be all the apps cause my store chat that they provide is not working either ) !!! I would really appreciate any and all help cause Im just about to migrate from this platform if this does not get fixed !!! It seems the bigger they get the more money they want and less they care about their customers !!! How does a billion dollar comany NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT !!! I have been trying to get help for this for over a week now and I’m losing money and customers over it !!! Thank you
