All items suddenly gone from google shopping free listings

My free ads started appearing 7/14 as well, but unfortunately my paid ads suddenly stopped showing. No idea why. Support is not helpful. Anybody in the same situation?

I actually came to the same conclusion and juste came back here to post the results.
After reading an article from April, about these new required structured data attributes, I added them to the products’ pages (not Shopify) and the free listings of my client are back.
The attribute types are OfferShippingDetails and MerchantReturnPolicy

@fusee You are only required to add these structured data, if you are not submitting a feed and if in Google Merchant Center, these two details shipping and returns have not been submitted, reference:

In our case, we are submitting a feed, and the details of shipping and
returns were submitted. There is an error in the form of “2 missing
metrics”, namely reviews and more importantly shipping fees, that we are
unable to fix.

Maybe that error was our problem. The free listings of our account went to
zero a couple of months ago. Google support could not identify the issue.

I see others in this thread getting back the free listings in the past week
or so. I’m willing to believe that us getting it back, a day after adding
the details, was therefore simply a coincidence.

Hello everyone. A little update from us. After much consideration, we created a new Merchant Center account. So, a new sub-account and essentially started from scratch. We submitted our feeds, provided all the data, and waited for everything to be approved by Google. It took an incredibly long time and resulted in significant revenue losses. The entire sub-account had to be reviewed by Google, and there were 2-3 days where no (paid) ads were delivered at all. But now everything is running smoothly again, and we’ve also reactivated the free product listings as of yesterday. These are now also being displayed gradually! So, a success! I’m curious to see how it will develop further.

That’s weird mine is the opposite my organic ads was giving me a lot of sales now that have decreased could it be because my google ads account has a balance due and my merchant acccount was suspended?

Did you get a misrepresentation error

I recently changed my shopify inventory setting to “continue selling when no stock”,
im not sure this is the reason cause the inventory issue.
GMC shown error “missing inventory data”, ‘unverify inventory’ error,

and their asisstance article are too technical for me.

I will try to untick "continue selling when no stock " and see hows it goes.
Recreate GMC account just a bit worry for me. Thats my last choice.

Hi everyone, I am facing same problem, I had 5k products in Google merchant center account but know there are just 893 products remaining. There is no error like , disapproved, processing or any other error. I don’t know why my products are disappearing.. Please help

Technology : Angular (Might it can be a problem, not confirm).

When there are products missing, this is always down to the data feed app solution you are using. So the first step you need to take is to check your data feed app settings / or contact support for the app solution you are using.

Hello Emmanuel I don’t know how to contact you directly in here. I have questions in regards “All Items Suddenly Gone From Google Shopping” - This happened to me 2 times now. Each time this breaks my Google Pmax Campaign. Google Support could not find the cause for the issue and said this might has something to do with shopify.

  1. About 10 days ago my product disappeared for the first time

2.I had to re-enter it manually and it had a new Shopify ID

  1. 3 days ago as I was adding variants in Shopify to this product (2 new colors). The new Shopify ID disappeared as well.

  2. Now I am back to square 1

I start to wonder:

if this has something to do with Shopify. As we know Shopify communicates automatically with GMC → Maybe we should turn this feature off and make uptates manually? A few weeks ago, I tried a an APP to show product variations. I was getting ready for the colors to arrive. A few days ago, I added (without) an APP the color variations. So maybe as soon as we do something with “Variations” Shopify changes the Product ID and messes something up? But I don’t know, I am also currently researching the issue

Are you saying, you don’t see get in touch in my signature? Or you don’t have the private message function in shopify? Didn’t know this is removed.

There can be many reasons for products to stop showing, to find out potential reason, one must look in the account. I will not be able to know your specific issues unfortunately. As there can be many reasons.

If you add variants in Shopify, this will create a new id, that is correct. And that is how it should work.

Im Facing the same exact issue, all my listings just suddenly have disappeared, i have not made any changes anywhere and when i checked GMC the listings were active. Did you find a solution or understand the reason for this?

The free listings issue in this thread is no longer applicable. And most likely the issue you have is related to something else.

First check if the products are still active for free listings in Google Merchant Center.

If yes, then make sure all warnings and errors are resolved in the diagnostics tab.

If no, then check with your data feed app, if free listings is still enabled. / Check the settings in GMC.

I learnt from checking issue under “Diagnosis”, GMC will list out issue you
have.
Example “image overlay” “price not match” etc.

Also if your feed is manually uploaded, it will expired after 30days.

You may share few more pics so communities can have clearer image to help.

Mate since more than 1 year I’m fightung for this GMC
 t’s like 60% ads / 40% SEO but damn I miss these big numbers.. I paid few thousands agencies to make us GMC but no way
 did you really fix it ? Are you stores still running?
