Help! All products in my store have disappeared from 2 collections thereby making it impossible for my customers to use discount codes. The thing is that I did nothing to the website. Does anyone know if Shopify disabled something but did not notify us? I cannot for the life of me figure this out!

You mentioned that at least one of them is an automatic collection, and you did not manually change anything. If you haven’t already, I suggest reviewing the collections in your admin, and paying close attention to the conditions. For e.g. if you have something like inventory as a condition, is it possible that product(s) no longer qualified to be part of that collection(s)?
Thanks for the response. My daughter, who helps me with the website,
removed a condition and added it back and Everything came back. Must have
been a Shopify glitch because all is well again.
