Hello everyone,
I’d like to bring back a critical feature request for merchants in France (and possibly other countries) who use Shopify Shipping with pickup points: the ability to set different rates depending on the selected carrier (e.g., €4.90 for Mondial Relay and €5.90 for Colissimo).
Current situation:
When enabling multiple pickup point carriers via Shopify Shipping (under Settings > Shipping and delivery > Shipping to pickup points), Shopify only allows one single rate for all carriers.
➜ At checkout, the customer sees something like: “Pickup point delivery: €4.90”>
However, shipping label costs are not the same for each provider. This creates a gap in margins for merchants and limits carrier flexibility.
What we need:
We are asking for the ability to set separate rates for each pickup point carrier, similarly to how shipping zones or methods can be customized in other contexts.
The interface could simply allow us to add multiple rate rows, each tied to a selected carrier (e.g., Mondial Relay, Colissimo, etc.).
Why this matters:- Ensures fair pricing based on real carrier costs
