Alt text.. to much photo without alt text

So, through shopify I have already correctly inserted alt text in the images .. But then through the seo tool I find that at least 500 images are without ALT text. How is it possible? I’m sure I entered it correctly ..

But work with all image of page built with app… our website is build with pagefly for examples..
