Hi,

Am I eligible to build and design shopify store for clients if I don’t know coding?

Here is a store I create for myself - https://jinnysdogbed.com

And I want to start creatig similar store for clients, but I don’t know coding, but I do have skills in designing the store (like above URL).

What are things I should know if I want to start offering this service.

Also, do I need to sign up for shopify partner if I want to build store for clients?

Yes, eligible. But when you want to add any custom design and functionality
to make store look more professional. In that case coding is required. But
no worry you can hire any shopify developer to achieve that

Yes, but personally I think there are two things you need to improve:

  1. More functions for the website, like boosting sales

  2. There are many spaces which not alignment between left and right on your site
