Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment in Europe

Hi All,

I am looking for someone who has experience with Amazon MCF in Europe.

I have a specific question concerning shipping cost and delivery time within the EU.

Assuming my goods are stored in the the Amazon Fulfillment center in Germany, what happens when an order comes through my own website from a country different than Germany in terms of shipping cost and delivery time?

Let’s say the order comes from Austria. My understanding is that I will charge the final customer whatever shipping rate I decide and Amazon will charge me the handling fee as per their rate card. Is this correct?

What about delivery time? Once opened the seller account will Amazon tell me what the delivery times are for each European country so that I can integrate that information in my website?
