We run clubs for kids. I am looking for an app or apps, that does the following
Once a booking in make on Shopify the customer details go to an app.
This all can be viewed by the teachers allowing them to tickbox that the child has attended class.
Each teacher will only see the classe that THEY are teaching.
Happy to use Zapier etc.
Any ideas would be great.

shopify + airtable (best option) – booking data will be saved in airtable, allowing teacher-wise filtering and attendance checkboxes.
shopify + google sheets – use zapier or pabbly to store data in google sheets, giving teachers access to their specific classes.
bookthatapp / sesami (all-in-one) – direct shopify apps that support booking and attendance tracking.
shopify + omnisend/klaviyo – send email or whatsapp notifications to teachers.
zapier for automation – use zapier or pabbly to connect shopify with airtable, google sheets, or other apps.
