Any apps out there to track sales/inventory across multiple sales channels?

Hi Everyone, a bit about my operation.

I currently sell across multiple channels, Ebay, Etsy, Shopify and Amazon. At the moment, I’m using my own self made access database to keep track of the below

  • Stock purchase from supplier and its cost, including shipping to me
  • Sales
  • Generate reports as necessary

This access database is very specific to my need as I have designed it for me and I can pull any report I wish, e.g. Profit on each order, Most profitable items, etc

However, one downside to this database is the manual task that comes along with inputting sales data. Every sales I made, either on Etsy, Facebook, Amazon, Shopify etc has to be input manually. This is a pain when you have many orders a day.

My question is, what app(s) does everyone else use to keep track of their stock, sales and to be able to pull report whenever they need. I would like this app to be able to distinguish between sales channel, for example, it should be able to separate sales from Etsy, Shopify, Ebay, etc. It should be able to automatically deduct from inventory based on SKUs of items sold.

I had a look online but couldn’t find anything that would do what I want. I do not mind spending a bit of $ to automate the process

Are all of your sales running through Shopify with integration to the other channels? Or are your other channels completely separate?
