Anyone Using Banuba Plugin for Sunglasses on Shopify?

Hello!

I want to install the Banuba plugin https://apps.shopify.com/tint-virtual-try-on-by-banuba but I’m not sure whether they already support sunglasses. On their website they say that they have eyewear try-on, have they already made it compatible with Shopify? If not, when will they roll out this feature?

You can upload 3D models for any eyewear SKU (including sunglasses) in your Banuba admin panel, and they will work in Shopify.

After you install the app,

  • In your Banuba dashboard, choose your product category “Glasses” or “Accessories” when digitizing items.

  • Upload your sunglass 3D assets (GLB, USDZ) via the TINT admin panel—no extra code needed

If you do not see the eyewear option, It may be a minor configuration toggle in your Banuba account. Shoot a note to Banuba support at info@banuba.com or use their support form—responses come back in ~24 hrs on business days
