App for Low Stock - Stop Selling at Threshold

Hello,

We’re looking for an app that will automatically stop selling a product when a stock threshold is reached. For example, if the stock level reaches 10, mark the product out of stock for customers automatically. This leaves 10 in reserve for our warranty claims. We need a way to keep some stock in reserve for warranties but also share the same SKU for our warehouse.

Hi @ShiloJoe , that’s exactly what Delist Automation was built for. You set delist rules for all or select products to either unpublish, archive, draft or delete when they reach the stock threshold set in the delist rule.

@Excursionist are we able to use this app to set the product out of stock on the front-end, or must the product be completely hidden form our store?

If you select to unpublish the products, it will be hidden on the front-end, customers won’t see it anymore on the online store but you’ll still see the product in the backend.
