I submited a app, i test everything is ok, but it was rejected, the error information is below, who met this error prompt before, and help me, very appreciate!

There was an error opening your app in the Shopify admin. Your embedded app is redirecting the top frame outside of the Shopify admin URL (https://accounts.shopify.com/lookup?rid=88069f18-cbe2-4995-beaf-47661977398d). Hey mate, did you manage to resolve this issue? I’m encountering the exact same issue. The app is functioning fine but somehow fails the Shopify automatic test.
