  • Apple Pay works fine in Stripe Legacy
  • Digital wallet options are disabled/greyed out in Stripe Card Payment and other providers
  • Stripe settings show Apple Pay/Google Pay enabled, SSL enabled on web, and customer accounts optional
  • Shopify Payments is unavailable in their country

Support response:

  • After 5-6 days of attempts with multiple support representatives, no one has provided a solution or explanation
  • Support redirects to unhelpful pages

The merchant has screenshots documenting the issue but cannot attach them to the post. The problem remains unresolved with the migration deadline approaching.

From 31st July Stripe Legacy is changing to Stripe Card Payment - currently Apple Pay is enabled in Stripe Legacy for me and works just fine, when I try to switch to Stripe Card Payment Apple Pay/Google Pay is greyed out.

When I try to choose any other provided with Apple Pay/Google pay - same greyed out.

Support unable to help, tried few different support persons, still the same, no-one knows anything, and no-one have ANY solution to me.

Shopify Payments unavailable in my Country.

Stripe has Apple Pay/Google Pay enabled, SSL on web enabled, Customer account optional.

Of course made all the screenshots of this, unable to post here as can’t attach jpg/png.

It’s getting really frustrating as im trying to get fix for 5-6 days already and no-one knows anything or how to solve it, they are just directing to useless support pages.
