Apple Pay in Shopify Payments - Shipping Address Needed

We have activated the Shopify Payments and enabled the Apple Pay wallet.

Generally, when we use Apple Pay on other websites, the shipping address and email address are automatically populated in the popup. But when we try using Apple Pay through Shopify, we get the following error, what could be the issue?

Most Apple Pay errors stem from the device settings; however, you did mention this only occurs when using Shopify. Could you try logging out of your admin, clearing your cache/cookies, and trying again without logging back into your store? Is the issue replicated?

If you open Apple Pay settings within your device, do you have a shipping address and contact email added? One thing I’ve seen in the forums is that removing and adding the addresses should resolve this issue.

If the issue persists after removing and adding the address(s), then I would recommend contacting Shopify Support so our Technical Support can take a closer look. You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting “continue” at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
