Right now, Shopify Payment is not available in Greece. You can consider using third-party payment providers such as PayPal Express Checkout or Stripe. You can find All of the payment providers listed here.

Shopify Payments is not available in Greece, however you can view our help resource for Shopify Payments supported countries and regions.
In the meantime, I’d like to share alternative ways to accept payments in Greece on your Shopify store. Some of the payment gateways included in the resource are: 2Checkout, PayPal Express Checkout and Authorize.net to name a few.

shopify has been pretty horrible sharing shopify payments to Greece. I dont see the reason considering stripe is available to Greeks and shopify payments is stripe in disguise.
