Are there any apps that can be integrated with printify to track profit?

Hello, I am trying to find an app that would integrate with Printify so I could track my Profit. I know there are other apps that you can use for profit tracking, but they require you to manually input COGS. With Printify, the COGS vary due to things like size, shipping locations, how many items a customer ordered, and even VAT tax.

I am just not sure how to track these expenses.
