I want to create a single person online consultation appointment booking form on my website. Few apps have free plan but their are limitations in it. Please suggest me app that is totally free and provide calendar, zoom or Google meet integration and email automation all in free plan.

It’ll be hard to find an app that matches all your requirements on a free plan. You can try some scheduling solutions outside of the Shopify app store too. But if you don’t see the value on paying for it, you may be better served with a simple contact form with email and phone number, so you can arrange a meeting in a less automatic way.
