Dear Shopify Support,
I am from Sri Lanka and would like to set up my Shopify store. However, when I go to the Payment Providers section, I do not see any available payment gateways for Sri Lanka, except for PayPal. I would like to integrate additional payment options for my customers.
Could you please advise me on the available solutions or alternative payment gateways that I can use in Sri Lanka? Any guidance on third-party integrations would also be greatly appreciated.

There are multiple third-party payment gateway that you can integrate into your Shopify store.
Some commonly used ones include:
- 2Checkout (now Verifone)
- Payoneer Checkout
- Skrill
- dLocal
To enable a third-party gateway:
- Log in to your Shopify Admin panel.
- Go to Settings > Payments.
- Under Third-party providers, click Choose a provider and search for any supported gateways.
- Follow the setup instructions provided by the chosen provider.

Actutally, Shopify doesn’t currently support many native payment gateways in Sri Lanka, but there are solid third-party options you can integrate.
- Consider PayHere or WEBXPAY, which support LKR transactions and multiple payment methods (cards, bank transfers, mobile payments). These require manual integration via their APIs or Shopify’s “Alternative Payment Methods” option.
- If you’re targeting international customers, 2Checkout (now Verifone), Skrill, or Payoneer Checkout can help process card payments globally.
