Atelier missing functionality and errors

Missing SKU
I am missing the basic and necessary feature of showing the product sku on the product page using the atelier theme. It is simply not there!

I have tried creating the function with ai, which adds a sku function, but it does not work correctly;

  • It does not update the sku when a different variant is chosen, but keeps showing the same sku, resulting in customers choosing the variant they want, but referring to a wrong sku e.g. over the phone.

  • the formatting is off, as you can not align the sku function with the other elements on the page.

  • the search function does not include the sku’s at all and says there are no results for the search in the ‘pre-search results’. Only when clicking enter, the product with the sku shows up. This has a very negative effect on sales.

Missing stock count**

I can not show the actual stock count on the product page. I only have the choice of showing the ‘low’ stock count. This causes problems for customers looking for a clear overview of the supply.

Not created variants are still visible on product page

Variants that are not set for sale and therefore not even visible in the product editor, are still showing up on the product page as unavailable. They should not be visible at all and must be a theme error.

Both SKU and Stock count are blocks we’re considering adding soon in future releases. Stay tuned!

Good feedback re: “inexistent variants” showing up as unavailable on PDPs. In my screenshot for example the combo of Pink + Regular does not exist, yet it still could be interpreted as out of stock. This is also the case on Dawn. We’ll take this back to the team.

Thank you for acknowledging my comments. Now I wonder when you will fix them. I am having customers sending orders based on wrong SKU information, because the system does not update, and a presentation of variants, that causes confusion. I hope you will address these issues asap.
