Hey community, I’m needing some support as Shopify isn’t able to help me.
We are using manual payment authorization.
Here is the process - a customer goes through checkout and enters their credit card info. We weigh our products and collect manual payment based on the product weight. This is always lower than the amount authorized.
The issue is that Shopify will only allow us to hold authorizations for 7 days, we need 30.
Please help!

We created a reauthorization system on our app called Tryon that enables Try Before You Buy. We may release a feature where you can set up the wanted captured price manually soon.

We have a few farms using our app (Downpay) to take a deposit and then have a card on file that can be charged at a later date for the remaining balance.
