Hi Shopify Community,
I’m fairly new to the Shopify and eCommerce world. Apologies if the question is too obvious. We are a foodservice distributor working mostly with restaurants, cafes. And we hope to use Shopify to allow customers to place orders by themselves.
The problem we have now is fulfilling orders due to produces supply not being consistent, and the price fluctuates daily. So we want to gauge customers’ usage and have a longer lead time to source produces. Ideally, this can be a simple form link that sends out to customers 7 days after order fulfillment, so we can start preparing before the new order is placed.
Any idea how can we achieve this function? I tried looking into auto-populate form fields, apps, CRM solutions, post-purchase survey but with no success. Here is a sample of what we are trying to achieve,
