Automated Email Reminders on Specific Date

Hello,

We are currently using Shopify as a registration system for local art classes sessions and workshops. I would like to set up automated email reminders a week before any of our events occur and I’m having issues finding a solution using Shopify Email.

We currently have automations set up for classes to send an informational email once the specific product is created and I would also like to add the one week reminder on top of that, but haven’t figured out how to layer this together. Is there a better app we could be using in order to assure our students are getting the information they need at the correct times?

Which Solution Should You Choose?- If you’re on Shopify Plus → Try Shopify Flow + Klaviyo

  • If you want an easy event-focused solution → Use an Event Ticketing App

Since you already have an automation set up for when the product is created, adding Klaviyo or Omnisend should be the simplest way to layer in the one-week reminder without messing with your current system.
