Automatic print of Zalando Order Documents

Hi!

I need the possibility to automatically print the delivery documents for certain orders. I have the following requirements:

  1. the delivery documents should only be printed for orders with a specific tag.
  2. the documents should be printed automatically as soon as all items of a location in an order have been fulfilled. So if an order contains several articles from several locations, the delivery documents must also be printed several times - once for every location.
  3. the documents must comply with the Zalando specifications. We definitely need the delivery note and optionally the return flyer. You can find the documents here: https://partner.zalando.com/university/article/delivery-documentation

I didn’t find any app that can do this. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can implement this?

You can use Shopify Flow or other automation apps to automatically tag orders that meet your criteria. For instance, you could set up workflows to apply a specific tag to Zalando orders, which will trigger the printing process.

You might need a custom solution to automatically print delivery documents when all items from a specific location are fulfilled. While Shopify’s Order Printer app allows printing documents, you will need an integration with a tool like Zapier or ShipStation to automate this process fully.
