Hello, I am using this code to mute, autoplay, loop, and hide video controls

the video controls are still visible, the video isn’t autoplaying or looping. I have the loop option checked in the theme customizer. I am using the Craft theme. I put this code in the theme liquid file. Any tips on where I am going wrong and how to fix?
