I created a form, I accidentally made this my default page - now every page is the ‘form’. I’ve gone to Theme, Edit Code, but I cant find any restore options anywhere.
Can anyone help please? Thank you, Katie
You can just edit the default page template and delete the form. Or if you have a prior duplicate of your theme, revert to that.
Thanks, I deleted the form and now those pages are all just blank. I don’t have a duplicate of my store.
What you need to do is go to the Pages tab and look at each page and see what template it’s assigned to.
What I do is create a new template for each page. About US is based on the About US template. Contact US is based on the Contact template. The default page template is assigned to no pages. That way if I make a mistake, it only affects that page.
To create a new template, it’s at the center top of the theme editor. Create template based on another template (default), rename it, and then I can go back to Pages and assign the page to that template.
