Banner is missing on the mobile phone

my image banner works on the desktop but is not showing on the mobile version. THe store is - https://caribi-vip.com/

I try this but nothing is happened -

Go to online store ---------> themes --------------> actions ------> edit code-------> assets----> section-image-banner.css
------> go to line number 148 --------and add the below code.
