Does anyone know how to change this banner below so that it looks more like the second image?
i.e. it scale length ways?

So my main problem, is the banner in mobile isn’t proportional (has a large gap below it and is smaller) than the rest of the page; I would like it too appear more portrait & flow more with the page in mobile view; its fine in desktop.
