Hey, unfortunately nobody comes to these sections of a website until it is already too late. Americans who want to use this platform, please please walk, run away. Spotify does not honor American business practices as they are not based in america. I have had my funds taken and never returned after a YEAR. The support is all through a chat system- you cannot call ANYONE if you have a problem. A year I have tried to get my money back, nobody helped,nobody told me why it has been traumatic to say the least. Hundreds of people are in the same position. These people have thousands of dollars taken by Shopify, it disrupts the supply chain, it is hard to continue to make a product when you cannot access your own money or when your customers can’t reach you because of a frozen store. If I can save anyone the absolute nightmare of this platform I will try. Don’t walk. Run away from this company. For the love of God

Though unfortunately in those places it’s full of consumers complaining about their purchases because they can’t be bothered tell the different between a store in a mall, and the malls office being completely different things.
