We are UK based but shipping internationally every day. We are having issues with customers having to pay duties in Canada and the EU. The app needs to collect duties DDP, print labels and invoices etc. and generally sort out our shipping processes. After an initial call with Easyship they aren’t answering my emails. We also need good customer service as we might need help with HS codes etc and we’re only a small team. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
